    OUR POLICY

    As Signing Agents we basically receive loan
    document papers via mail carrier/E-Doc’s,
    facsimile, Federal Express, United Postal
    Service or US regular mail  and then meets
    with the client (s) to go over the loan
    documents. We are experienced in briefly
    going over each loan document, point the
    borrower to the signature lines and notarize
    any documents requiring notarization.   Once
    the loan is complete, we return the documents
    to the loan company via mail carrier and the
    prepaid envelope. We are willing to go the
    extra mile in order to ensure the success of the
    closing is executed in a timely manner.

    We value of our record of client satisfaction
    and we take customer service extremely
    seriously. We welcome companies who have
    “customer care program”, as a way to follow up
    on loan signings.  We guarantee if your client
    is unhappy with our services and you provide
    us with feed back we will gladly refund your
    money and the signing is on us.  Our aim is
    100% client satisfaction.

    The notary must be present to witness the
